The Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George and the Royal Order of Francis (Francesco) I are ancient and internationally recognised dynastic Orders of Knighthood. The Constantinian Order is actively involved in the defence and promotion of the Roman Catholic religion, and together with the multi-faith Royal Order of Francis I, undertakes spiritual, humanitarian, hospitaller and charitable projects and initiatives across the world.

The Order has been active in charitable projects in the Caribbean since 1981, most notably in St Lucia. Following Official Visits paid by the Grand Master and Cardinal Grand Prior in 2013 and 2014, charitable programmes have been launched in Barbados, Dominica, St Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago, with more planned for the period 2015-2016.
