Grenada, April 2016. The Chancery regrets to announce the death on 26 April 2016 of The Most Rev Vincent Matthew Darius, KCGCO, Bishop of St George’s and an Ecclesiastical Knight Commander of Grace of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of St George within the Delegation of the Caribbean.
Bishop Darius was invested into the Constantinian Order in 2015 on the occasion of the Official Visit of the Grand Prior, His Eminence Renato Raffaele Cardinal Martino to Grenada. Bishop Darius played an instrumental role in the involvement of the Constantinian Order’s Caribbean Delegation in numerous charitable projects in Grenada.
Bishop Darius was a priest for 28 years and a bishop for 13 years.
He will be greatly missed. Requiescat in pace.
